Vacancies Available:

  • Required to provide 1st level troubleshooting to user’s queries/incidents received (regardless of source; in a professional and timely manner. Address customers technical issues via phone or remotely.
  • Follow the appropriate escalation channels to escalate pending issues.
  • Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
  • Reporting to Head of IT Support.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome.
  • Working experience in customer service/contact centre will add advantage.
  • Language requirement: English (Excellent communication skills) / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Manage and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Create marketing material not limited to brochures, banners, and presentation media.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Oversee progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Work with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Excel in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM, Adobe).
  • Proficient with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (Optional).
